Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Baby Litty® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Because global tariffs and regulations change frequently, Baby Litty® cannot estimate or control these charges. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for current information prior to placing an order.
Failure to pay required duties or taxes may result in delivery delays, return of the shipment, or forfeiture of the order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded in such cases.
Final Sale – International Orders
All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting hello@babylitty.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and original packaging. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, at Baby Litty®’s discretion.
Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders)
Return and exchange eligibility for domestic orders is outlined in our separate Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
Certain items, including sale items and personalized products, may be final sale.
