Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or collection launches, processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, Baby Litty® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select destinations.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Because global tariffs and regulations change frequently, Baby Litty® cannot estimate these fees. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for current information.
Failure to pay required duties or taxes may result in delays, return of shipment, or forfeiture of the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Final Sale – International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international shipments, except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@babylitty.com.

Clear photos of the item and original packaging
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Baby Litty® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
